One Source Announces Promotions of Five Team Members

OMAHA, Neb., January 07, 2016 – Starting January 1^st, 2016, five team members of One Source The Background Check Company were promoted. Between Q2-Q4 2015, One Source did some internal restructuring that opened up opportunities for growth and defined roles to be better aligned with company goals and objectives. These developments opened the door for One Source to promote from within. The five team members who received promotions are:

• Victoria Harris – Operations Manager
  • Victoria will be overseeing the operations team by accomplishing department objectives, managing staff and evaluating department duties. Her extensive background in the industry and her tenure with One Source makes her a vital asset in team development and coaching.
• Jill DeJong – Compliance Director
  • As the newly appointed Compliance Director, Jill is responsible for establishing compliance standards throughout all departments, designing improvements for internal control structure and avoiding legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation and recommending new procedures that are aligned with legal requirements.
• Christy Gammel – PR and Events Coordinator
  • Christy is responsible for all corporate communications, event planning, social media and community involvement. Her background in communication, public relations and event planning allowed her transition from Project Specialist to the PR & Events Coordinator.
• Jodi Spaans – Operations Trainer
  • Jodi’s understanding of our industry and company procedures and recently awarded "2015 Team Member of the Year" makes her a viable choice in training our new hires. Jodi is the Operations team member’s designated mentor who will provide consistent one-on-one training for faster, compliant on-boarding.
• Chelsea Slotten – Senior Operations Specialist
  • Chelsea’s promotion from Operations Specialist to Senior Operations Specialist was justified by her amazing customer service and vendor relations record. Her work ethic and attitude have exemplified her ability to provide the Total Check® experience to clients, applicants and co-workers.
