One Source The Background Check Company is proud to announce the promotion of Felica Hazuka, to Chief Executive Officer. In this position, she will continue to oversee company operations as well as providing leadership support. She will additionally be responsible for the ongoing strategic direction of company objectives.

Felica earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from Bellevue University. After growing up in a variety of HR roles, she worked for a local HR association, coordinating continuing education for fellow HR professionals and co-piloted the behind the scenes management of such an association.

Felica joined One Source in 2011, using her passion for accountability and emotional intelligence to cultivate a thriving team. Zealous about continuous improvement, obtained her Advanced FCRA Certification and facilitated One Source becoming an accredited background screening firm with NAPBS. Felica provides leadership and support to all One Source teams including Client Relations, Operations, Business Development and Support.

Felica remains active in the HR community, serving as the HRAM SHRM Foundation Chair since 2011 and was awarded the 2014 HR Volunteer of the Year by SHRM Nebraska. She has served in chair and volunteer roles with the State Council’s annual conference since 2012. She was selected as State Council’s 2016 SHRM NE Foundation Chair. When not volunteering in the HR community, Felica can be found serving as a CASA, or fostering for one of her favorite animal rescues.
