One Source is excited to announce a new Live Chat available to our clients through our online ordering system.

This feature allows our clients to contact our Operations and Client Relations team members in real time. Live Chat is available at no cost to you, and will be visible for all clients after logging in to our order entry system. The Live Chat button is located in the top right hand corner of the page.

If a One Source team member is not available for chat, the button will show Leave a Message and allow you to email our Client Relations team. Team members will be available through Live Chat during our regular business hours (Monday to Friday: 8am to 4:30pm CST).

We look forward to continuing to provide the TotalCheck Experience for our clients!
